Knight Grad

This custom cake was made for a graduation party. It’s an ombré ganache cake with fondant accents. A 2-D representation of the Knight mascot is the main feature. There’s also a rice-treat graduation cap and message for the class. As always, everything you see is completely edible. This cake was a total showstopper, especially with the surprise school colors inside.

What’s inside?

Nutella Fella cake: Vanilla cake, Nutella buttercream, Nutella filling, and finished with chocolate ganache. Also inside, a Tie-dye feature in the school colors.
