Hockey Fan

This tall cake is a custom jersey dream. The cake is a replica of the birthday boy’s favorite team’s jersey. To bring it over the top, his last name and age are on the back. All the decoration is made from hand-piped buttercream, accept for the fondant goalie helmet. This design could work for any sport, and is perfect for your sport-lovers birthday.

What’s inside?

The cake had to portray their favorite minty Girl Scout cookie. As a bonus, the cool mint was also reminiscent of the cold ice. I made Chocolate cake with fudge brownie layers and perfect peppermint buttercream.
